Do NOT go here if you need something done fast! Any sense of hurry and they will ignore & skip you, pretend to be super busy in the back 😂 they’re wild! At least five workers there, only one at the counter… of course once finally acknowledged and helped, two more employees magically joined the counter in the front. Paid almost ten dollars for a small box they usually give for free or maybe charge couple dollars... super simple task should’ve taken maybe two minutes; not here almost twenty minutes!
I will personally avoid this particular location at all costs. While the one same clerk to the right of the office sits behind her computer on her queen chair and gives everybody dirty looks again. if they even think about asking a question. If you don't know much about shipping or the kiosk or if you have questions then you get treated like cancer. They do not like helping people here. To help somebody here would be a total nuisance. All I can figure out as it must be miserable working out FedEx.
Their staff truly went above and beyond to help locate an invoice I was in need of. I was extremely impressed with and grateful for their efforts.
