I’m a regular at the FedEx office and it’s always a great experience. The staff is super friendly starting with again and Michael and David and the two ladies I can’t remember their names. !!!!! YES

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with FedEx. The situation has been frustrating, to say the least, and I am seeking a resolution. On July 3, I had my phone stolen and made arrangements to have my employee in Hawaii send me a new phone via FedEx. Julian visited a FedEx office in Hawaii, followed the provided instructions, and I paid for the phone to be shipped to Istanbul, Turkey. The limited hours are ridiculous. Closed at 2pm on Sat and all day Sunday? They used to be open every day...
