Went in for help finding a box to ship my laptop. Waited in line for over ten mins when no one was in there. Eventually a young brown hair girl helped me. She said they have a laptop box with padding for $26 which I didn’t need because it was much too expensive for the use case, so once I declined she was extremely rude to me. I simply asked for a regular box with the dimensions I originally asked for. She was very rude and just said to look at the boxes “over there” by the customers in line. Staff is incompetent.
Dropped off a”Shipsticks” package with my own label. Whole thing took less Than a minute. Service was great helpful and friendly. All the stars….
