Courteous and proficient service!
I had a very disappointing experience returning a package today. I came to return an item I purchased from Walmart. Walmart provided me with a QR return code and instructed me to bring the package to FedEx so they could scan the code and accept the return. The item originally arrived to me in its original product box only (no outer shipping box). I brought it back exactly the same way I received it. So far, not great even reaching an agent to help locate a missing package.
Andrea and Edwin were both so helpful in answering my questions. They were very patient and I felt like they truly cared about helping me answer my questions!
They constantly deliver me other people's packages. Some so heavy I can't move because I am disabled. I told the driver and as I went out to tell him I couldn't out of get my gate with the package blocking it he blocks my driveway even though he's been told not to. Horrible Staffing would never use
