Courteous and proficient service!
I had a very disappointing experience returning a package today. I came to return an item I purchased from Walmart. Walmart provided me with a QR return code and instructed me to bring the package to FedEx so they could scan the code and accept the return. The item originally arrived to me in its original product box only (no outer shipping box). I brought it back exactly the same way I received it. However, the employee refused to accept it and told me it had to be inside another box and that I would have to pay for packagi... read more
