Michael at the FedEx store went above and beyond to help all the customers in the store. It was right after work, so the store was super busy. He never lost his cool, was kind and efficient with every customer and made the experience super easy and pleasant! Two thumbs up!
You can't even get through to a live person when you call! Most times the service is not on par with your needs
