Just went to FedEx Office was so disappointed with the customer service. The heavy girl with dark hair short. So rude!! Not helpful at all! Why hire ppl that don't want to work! I was the only customer! Fedex do better!
I had such a great experience at this FedEx location! I came in needing to return my daughter’s tablet and honestly had no idea what I was doing. One of the managers, I believe her name was Evon, was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything, helped me get it packaged and sent back, and made the entire process so smooth and fast. Very disappointing experience. Only ONE person was working in the entire store, and I waited over 30 minutes just to ship one box. FedEx needs to have better staffing, especially when customers are waiting this long for a simple service.
