Just about the only FedEx that’s open in the area on Sunday. I’ve had bad experiences with FedEx ship sites in my area. I’m really glad I came here on Sunday and avoided all the stress thank you to the gentleman that helped me today now I have one less thing to worry about. Thank you, sir.
I tried calling on Monday 3/3/25 at 6.05 pm and the recording that I got said this store was closed. Why ?
DO NOT have packages held for pickup at this location. After having seven FedEx packages delivered to three different wrong locations in less than a week, I decided to try to have my remaining two FedEx packages held for pickup. I received an email stating that they would be held for 10 days. I checked the tracking information before driving 30 minutes to pickup the packages, and it stated they were ready for pickup at this location. No automatic doors nor even door stoppers to aid with large packages or the elderly, disabled. During my visit and struggle, the counter workers were also of zero assistance getting my package through the front door
Stopped by at night to get a quote on shipping an amp to my customer, was quoted $290 to ship it. Got the okay from my customer, returned the next morning and was told it would now be $494 to ship it to the same place i was quoted the prior night. Something fishy is going on here, when i questioned it i was told “yesterday was yesterday and today it today” Will absolutely never patronize them again. Scammers.
