Kaelon was great, he was helpful, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Lashanda was very different. I came in looking for a custom packing solution and initially was told they couldn’t provide a price until their manager returned, which is fine. The proposed solution was then to cut down a standard box, but it would still leave several unnecessary inches on the sides that they couldn’t reduce, so it wasn’t the custom fit I needed.
