Came in to print something using the print and go feature. It was password-protected so I had a lot of issues I ended up trying to take a screenshot of the document and trying to print that sending from inside the store to print and go for whatever reason always takes like forever I waited 10 minutes and gave up and then started to drive away and when I got two blocks away, the email finally came through for that. Brandon at the front is the real deal. An expert at what he does, knowledgeable, and super kind. He is attentive and friendly as well. Thanks for a great experience! It’s difficult to find employees of his caliber now-a-days.

I had a problem with a package delivery. The main FedEx number was a completely unhelpful AI dumpster fire. I called in to the local branch and they tacked down my package. The process involved him making multiple calls to a bunch of people. He did it willingly, even though he didn’t create the problem and had nothing to gain by solving it. He even followed up after the delivery finally came to make sure things worked out ok. 10/10 would recommend.

Cathy, the assistant manager, has always been super helpful. We had some signs uploaded into the system to print at FedEx at our (US-based) destination wedding. We also have shipped multiple things to multiple addresses at once and she always was polite and nice to work with.
