I had a situation in which an item had to be sent within the hour. I had to prep the box, print the label, and get to the FedEx store before it closed. It was already after 6, and I was having printer issues. The label kept coming out unreadable. When I got to the store, Zee was super patient with me, even though it was just minutes from closing time.
