My husband (Robert) came to pick up his business sign. The sign dimensions length x width was wrong we sent a picture and information to fedex email to make sure they would not make this mistake. (Hot commodity) The manager (Camille) was rude egotistical unprofessional told him she not going to remake the sign for inconvenience ( mind you willing to negotiate) with a zesty neck attitude. It was imperative that my husband have this sign immediately due to his Trucking Business. He is losing business due to this unprofessional... read more
Employee named "Zee" is the absolute most pleasant customer service assistant I have ever met!!! She literally made my day fantastic just by being helpful and kind. SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION!! If she's not a manager then someone needs to give her the position and a raise! Thank you zee!
