Can not get anyone to answer the BS automated system. Worst customer service ever!
I paid a fee to have my order shipped on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday; however, they failed to deliver on schedule, and it didn't arrive until the following Monday. This has happened to me twice.
I sent an email earlier in the morning with clear instructions for one print, including the size and quantity. I then went to work, expecting the order would be ready for pickup by the time I finished. When I arrived at FedEx around 1:00 PM, the print had not been completed.
