I sent an email earlier in the morning with clear instructions for one print, including the size and quantity. I then went to work, expecting the order would be ready for pickup by the time I finished. When I arrived at FedEx around 1:00 PM, the print had not been completed. This is a very clean and organized store. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I came in 30 minutes before closing with an emergency print job. Darius had no problem helping me get it done even though there was a problem with one of the prints.
