Closed before actual closing time! Extremely inconvenient
The staff are so helpful here!! The manager Victoria was especially helpful.
After a terrible mishap with contents of a shipment, not at all due FedEx, I received a call from the store manager detailing how much time and effort they put into not only looking for the item, but finding my details to reach out. It's rare to feel valued as a customer, but both T***** and V******* really came through!
So happy with the customer experience and excellent service at this FedEx on a custom print order. Thanks to Tamara, Jason and Victoria!
