Horrible service. Just went to FedEx today to drop off a package for delivery and the customer service was terrible. Anthony was rude and was definitely acting like he was being bothered, as if he’s not getting paid to do his job, I understand we all have bad days but this is the second time I’ve been here where he’s been rude. The way he talks to customers is an absolute no no as I also work in customer service. He has no type of customer service skills. Will not return. The other lady at the counter was very nice though.
If you need help with printing I suggest you go somewhere else because they do not know what they are doing. I came in needing help with printing. The guy literally stopped what he was doing and stopped helping me didn’t say a word. Great customer service huh? I don’t know if they’re trained to know how to use the printer or not, but I went there twice and every time it was a different employee who refused to help me use the printer I would give this place a one star, but the only reason why I give it 2 is because they don’t... read more
