Jon was a huge help and very kind. Helped me figure out my options for printing and warned me when something was going to cost extra. Sadly they don’t carry photo paper anymore but my print on card stock turned out alright.
I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members here. When I asked for assistance in sending my packages, he laughed and said he didn’t know how to help, which left me feeling embarrassed. However, Bryant stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He asked how many packages I had, helped weigh and label them, and provided excellent service. Bryant gets 5 stars for his professionalism, while the first staff member gets 0 stars. Overall, I’d rate the experience 3 stars.
Just leaving my thanks to the two employees who helped me work through a misprint issue this evening. Ended up getting what I wanted and they were helpful and gracious. I’d share my thanks to the district manager if I could.
Anthony was so ignorant, he put the poster in the plastic bag with ignorance and fold it like he is putting trash in a bag!! So ignorant incompetent employee
I don’t write reviews often; nevertheless for a fedex, but I am compelled to give my experience. I had a lovely experience with one of the workers who helped me ship an important package to my grandma. However, this review is generally directed at Anthony, the other worker that’s as present when I was there. Anthony is probably the most rude person I’ve ever had the chance of encountering in my entire life.
