I find the staff to be very friendly, helpful and go out of their way providing excellent customer service. I have been using this location for years and consider them to be the A Team. I have never had any issues or problem and find them to be a great addition to the FedEx organization.
Came in to return-ship a vacuum that didn’t have a box. They measured the item, packed it themselves, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Great experience
Went there yesterday to return an online purchase. Wasn't sure what to do with all the labeling since I was concerned.Ale helped me with ease. She was very friendly and efficient. I also noticed other workers were very friendly to the other customers. I was nervous to do this free shipping. I would definitely go to this location again !
The people working here are always very friendly and helpful, and the opening hours are very reasonable.
Packages that were labeled "fragile and need to be in upright position" were layed down on their side. Counter help couldn't care less when I brought it to their attention.
