I just had to leave this review and hype up/brag on Shoan at this location! I came in with a concern that my package had been lost for a return I shipped out. I lost my receipt and had a shipping label saying the package was never dropped off. Shoan took the time to find out when I came into the store, what time/day, and scanned through every single receipt in their system. Always prints quickly and efficiently. Amazing customer service!
I left after 30 minutes of them failing to print a packing slip. It seemed like all of the employees know that their network is very slow. The year is 2025, not 1985. How pathetic
