Apparently if you show up at 6:58, the employees won't package and create a label. You have to drive across town to do it. Not a FedEx problem, but a staff problem. I suggest retraining your staff on what ot means to turn someone away after they walk in during business hours. I'm going to see if the staff at UPS are willing to help a customer.

Fortunately, I end my workday dropping off at the Fed Ex on Alpine. The staff is amazing. I never worry about the packages I drop off. They are always quick to ship and never get lost in the process. I never leave without a smile. They greet me every day with a "Hello", "Hello, friend." or just a wave if they are tied up with other customers. There is no better place to drop off packages this side of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Looks like I'm one of many who gets extremely rude customer service from this location. His name tag was worn but I believe it was Nobil and he was working at 3 pm on Tuesday July 21, 2026. Basically he would not look at me, had a look on his face as if he hated his life and didn't even look at me when he handed me the receipt. I waited for a thank you or have a good day and he was silent. So I said "thanks for the friendly customer service". He responded with "I do my best". At least I finally got him to talk. Rude man at counter, didn’t offer a receipt for drop off and acted like I was an inconvenience to be in his presence 🤣. No one acknowledged me either. I’ll go out of my way next time for another store so I can be treated like a human being. Do better!
