I stopped as this location to do an Amazon return. When I walked in the gentleman behind the counter jusy seemed super annoyed to have to do the return. Never said hi, never smiled and seemed like he hated life. When the return was done I asked him kindly if he wouldn't mind throwing the bag away that I brought my return in with. He proceeded with a very rude tone saying "no but you can do it yourself in the trash behind you" there definitely was way better ways to say this. Horrible customer service on FedEx behalf, if you call the store number you are routed to India where they want you to have the address to the store before they will even help you so let’s say you have Siri call the store. You don’t know the address and that person in India has no clue on what their stock is or what that store can do just more corporate razzle dazzle to make the customer Customers, experience, miserable and frustrating.
