Amazing customer service at this location. Gretchen was incredibly kind and helpful.
Phenomenal staff, Gretchen is the best. Such a delightful employee, and does a grab job of multi tasking a big line, I drop off a lot of large packages and she never acts annoyed. She is one of the most pleasant employees of a business I’ve ever seen. Fantastic job!

EDIT: I read a few of the other recent reviews. It looks like we're all just gonna call Gretchen out for being the issue with this location. There's now three one-star reviews about Gretchen in the last 3 weeks. *** Lady at the counter was exceedingly rude, and tried to tell me I did not fill my box correctly to protect what's inside. I told her I was not worried about damage, but she insisted that she wanted to open the box to fix the issue (the contents were sliding around). I ended up taking my package elsewhere.
