Something I thought was going to be very frustrating took probably less than a minute. The woman (I wish I could have gotten her name to give her a shout out) was extremely helpful.
Employees were pretty rude. I came in to drop a package off and wanted to ask a question about their printing services as well. It felt like they just wanted to rush me out before I could say anything. Another employee rushed to me and asked if I needed a receipt before I could even say hello to the one I was already at the desk with. Then when she scanned my package and handed me the receipt the one at the desk thanked her. Not a hello, what do you need, or have a good one.
This is one of those places that even when they are busy it feels like they've got everything under control. Great service and friendly staff. They can get you taken care of quickly.
Great people with an excellent customer service oriented attitude, and actions to prove it! I had to drop off a Google Store return and was running a little late getting to the store. They close at 6pm on weekends and I got there just a few minutes after 6pm. They were more than happy to process my return and get me squared away. Two thumbs up for this store and the wonderful employees!!
I never thought that mailing a package could be a good experience, but I just had the most pleasant girl help me mail packages to my kids! Thanks.
