Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at your location. I waited a total of 60 minutes, including 35 minutes before I was even helped. Several customers walked out during that time. I remained patient and pleasant, but I had to send the label email nine times, and the employee also sent it three times herself. I kept receiving confirmation emails, but nothing actually came through. Great exceptional service from Karissa. I had a heavy package for return and couldn't carry it from my car. Karissa was upbeat and happy to help by bringing a cart out to my car. She made the return so easy. Pleasant experience.
