I've gone to this place like 10-12 times across six months so this is definitely not based on just one interaction - some staff members like Austin are super polite, but Ben is almost deliberately unpleasant every time I have to have an interaction with him? If you come in after 5:30 or have any problem at all that requires more than handing him a package, he will complain to your face about how much of his time you're wasting and how behind you're making him. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. My wife and I walked in at 6:55 pm to drop off a wallet for a return; a package that already had a shipping label created. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with, “Are you aware that our store is about to close?” He repeated this about 5 times throughout the interaction. The employee who assisted us, Ben, chubby guy with glasses and beard, has been working there since 2020, made the entire process unnecessarily unpleasant.
