I've gone to this place like 10-12 times across six months so this is definitely not based on just one interaction - some staff members like Austin are super polite, but Ben is almost deliberately unpleasant every time I have to have an interaction with him? If you come in after 5:30 or have any problem at all that requires more than handing him a package, he will complain to your face about how much of his time you're wasting and how behind you're making him. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. My wife and I walked in at 6:55 pm to drop off a wallet for a return; a package that already had a shipping label created. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with, “Are you aware that our store is about to close?” He repeated this about 5 times throughout the interaction. The employee who assisted us, Ben, chubby guy with glasses and beard, has been working there since 2020, made the entire process unnecessarily unpleasant. In the past, I used that FedEx office a lot when I worked a different job, but I do plan on going this week because I have a copying needs, and I have such fond memories of the wonderful service, fair prices, and problem-solving that they helped me with at FedEx!
