Went to make color copies, the color in the copies was not as distinct and bright as the colors in my original. I told manager David that I was not pleased with the color copies and thought maybe they needed to replace the color cartridge and he immediately became confrontational and was telling me that the colors in my original copy were not that bright. Just walked out. What a total and complete jerk of an employee. Huge guy was bothered when I asked about scanning. Then I needed help, waited in line again, when I asked about help he rolled his eyes and was so put out I walked away mad. Only when I grabbed my stuff and was pissed back at him did he grumble .. give me a minute. Too late jerk.
The guys there are fabulous! Thanks for getting my poster to me and a bag to boot! I needed it for first thing in the morning. Excellent customer service.
