Can't get a human being on the phone. Not ALL calls have to do with a tracking number! This is very frustrating. Can't even get a human on the line locally. Change your prompts so we can speak to a person!!!

Very disappointed with their customer sevice. I sent medications for elderly people who needed it for their long international travel from that store. It wasn't delivered on time (with 4 days delay), and they were already gone. I asked this store to contact Fedex facility for a solution or return the package, they were very indifferent and theyvsaid you need to call and talk with customer service, which is really a joke. They even didn't offer to contact directly. I never use Fedex again.
