i was suuuper nervous about shipping some concert tickets through a third party site and phillip/phil was SO kind!! he immediately asked if he could help me out and walked me through the entire process so nicely :) only took 2 minutes and he made me so much more relaxed. i hope he knows what a sweet soul he is!!!!
the worker was name was david/ dave and he wasn’t a jerk to my parents!!!!!! he wasnt helpful he doesnt know costumer service skills!!! my dad ask for a screwdriver to undo his monitors and he was like ‘no i dont’ in a very rude manner like he could of careless about helping anyone. my dad was pissed!! i really hope he gets let go and never in cs AGAIN!!!! hes horrible to b around like he was awful!!!
Extremely rude employees. not willing to help when someone doesn’t understand, I haven’t been to someplace so rude in a long time, third time in a row of being treated with disrespect. Outwardly joking about their rudeness. A poor representation of FedEx. I would drive further away to avoid using this particular location, or better yet not use this business at all. treated my young daughter, as though she was stupid, Then laughed.
