Every month for nearly three years I've shipped a prescription in an envelope and suddenly they can't do that and it needs to be done in a package. Then proceeds to tell me that if I create the label and put it in the envelope myself, then they would do it. In who's mind does that make any sense?? It's bad enough to fend off your employees from trying to rip me off but to have the store manager say that nonsense is unacceptable. It’s rather sad that I have to give this FEDEX location any stars. Two of their older associates are seriously lacking in customer service. If it is too difficult to help others, they should decide to pursuit work elsewhere. Even their Assistant Manager is terribly rude. A nice smile and a “hello” goes a long long way. Thankfully, I have been helped by the Head Store Manager, who is very kind…

There is a lady with short hair and glasses that has worked at this location for years. She is horrible!! Terrible customer service just a horrible person to have at the desk helping people. I try to avoid this place as much as possible.
