Staff is friendly and helpful but the scan to ship kiosk in the front they steer you to when you have a QR code is terrible. The thing never really works without someone having to come over and help you anyway, so what is the point of this thing? Get rid of it and just have the people that work there process it for you. It's not like there's a huge line of people waiting here usually anyway.
Please don’t order nothing from them because you won’t get it so forget about it
I needed to return a package through FedEx. It was really easy. They scanned the bar code on my phone. Then printed a label, put it on and gave me a receipt. The whole process was probably 1 minute. If only everything in life was that easy.
We’ve had two great experiences at FedEx thanks to Jeff. He truly went out of his way to help us—when printing wasn’t working, he took the time to provide personal assistance and made sure we were able to complete our task. Jeff has helped us twice over the past few months, and each time his knowledge, patience, and dedication stood out. We greatly appreciate his efforts and excellent customer service.
