Jordan from this location is the best!! I ordered a package that somehow went to the wrong address and state, I never thought I’d hear anything or receive it but Jordan tracked it down without me even reaching out! He was very professional, polite, and so helpful and made the process super easy. Will use fedex for shipping instead of ups moving forward because of this experience. If you’re in corporate and reading this- give Jordan a raise and promotion! It’s hard to come by such great customer service like this.
Great customer service every time I go in. They are always moving quickly to help customers and get to you as efficiently as possible. Anney and AJ are always friendly and helpful. As compared to other local shipping/office stores this one is top notch. Thank you and I'll be back!
Ian was excellent to work with. He stopped what he was doing behind the counter to help me print a few documents, in and out. $3. Highly recommend if you value your time!
I've called the fedex shipping store in Green Bay on Oneida street, just now. It keeps getting disconnected. They are open. What type of service is this? Ridiculous.
Ian was amazing and helped me out last minute. Even made sure to make me aware of an issue with some of my own printed material I brought in. Awesome staff.
