Disappointing experience. The young lady with box braids came across as uninterested and unhelpful when I asked basic questions. It felt like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service should be better than this. Date of event : April 30, 3026 & around 4pm
Excellent service in the office, and the delivery was expeditious and done with care.
I absolutely hate dealing with this particular store. I should have went to the other Waldorf location like I started to. Horrible, poor customer service from heavy set girl with the glasses, who was not at all friendly, polite, courteous or helpful. In fact she came across as being rude and unconcerned. Visited this location on January 27, 2026 to ship off very important time-sensitive documents via overnight shipping.
