Talked to Steve on the phone and he was able to sort out my issue fast and saved me money and time on shipping a package back to me with zero hassle. Steve was friendly and efficient and immediately took something pretty complicated and breezed right through all the issues.
Save yourself time and don’t go there!! They charge a hotel shipping fee by pound!! Ridiculous!! Even if you have a prepaid shipping they still will charge you just because it’s inside a hotel! It doesn’t say that on the website unless you go to the hotels website! There is no parking there is no convenient way to get to it!! I had a package with prepaid label that was almost 100lb and they wanted almost $60 for the hotel fee!! That’s some dumb nonsense! And staff is horrible!!
Be prepared for extra fee !! For package handling fee
