Save yourself time and don’t go there!! They charge a hotel shipping fee by pound!! Ridiculous!! Even if you have a prepaid shipping they still will charge you just because it’s inside a hotel! It doesn’t say that on the website unless you go to the hotels website! There is no parking there is no convenient way to get to it!! I had a package with prepaid label that was almost 100lb and they wanted almost $60 for the hotel fee!! That’s some dumb nonsense! And staff is horrible!!

I just stood inside an open FedEx and was there about 10 minutes. Not a single employee even came out to greet me. I could have robbed the place of all their supplies and no one would have noticed. What a terrible experience. I left without using their services.

What a terrible location there is no signage or anything to try and find it. This may or may not be a FedEx office just for the hotel because there’s no public parking.
