Not real FedEx location don't bother
Employees would not help with researching a missing package showing delivery at this location beyond giving me the general FedEx customer service number. 5 days after the supposed delivery date, I’m now 750 miles away and apparently the package is somewhere in Aurora. If needing items shipped for a conference or meeting, find an alternative.
This review is for the younger guy that works in the shipping part of the store. I didn’t catch his name but wanted to give him credit for always being so helpful and POLITE any time I go in this store. This is a rarity these days, so I always try to send my gratitude when I encounter someone with such a good attitude. Thank you!!
