Fed ex gave this location for me to drop it ff my uniform return with QR. Uber up to Gaylord, walked all over to find fed ex office. Just to be told the can take drop off with QR codes.
Worst customer service I was trying to figure my package location and delivery I previously put the wrong adres I’m new to my area and thought it was the correct one previously it was delivered to the wrong address and the recipient declined the package looking it was incorrect I corrected my mistake by contacting the seller and fedex it’s self to fix the address customer service they can’t do nothing told me maybe I could pick it up at a certain fedex location, when I got there they said no call this number it’s a side fede... read more
The resort chargers a holding delivery fee if packages are dropped of here in addition to the fedex fee. But don’t worry. They deliver for an additional fee
Not a FedEx print and ship center. It’s “FedEx Business”…. The place is hidden deep within a hotel/convention center. Parking is confusing, and so are the directions to find this place. On top of that they charge additional fees for resort handling because it’s within the hotel.
