This location is a joke! It is on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Walking through the lobby of a busy hotel with boxes. On top of it they try to charge you a "handling fee" of $50 for PREPAID boxes for being inside a hotel. You should PAY ME for having to lug boxes to your location. The worker also fiddled with their broken scanner for 10 minutes. Disgusting! Unprofessional! I left! I wouldnt trust my packages here. You have been warned. Located inside resort, no parking available on site, parking across the street. What i thought would be a 10 minute process was a 20 minute waste of time just trying to get through all the valet cars and people unloading their luggage
