The employees at this location were extremely helpful. NACHI helped me getting a large package out of my car and printed out the correct label for me. Expeditioous and friendly
I would like to give 0 but is not an option I just went to drop a box to this location at Lansing and I receive really bad customer service from the lady work here they need to get a customer service training for a better service
Spent $185.38 on an envelope to be delivered across country with a set delivery date. I thought for sure it would get received quicker (within a little over a week) since i had paid extra, only for it to be delivered extremely late by more than 2 weeks from expected delivery date, not only that but they had trouble finding the delivery address and I had only found out after reaching out to them about this issue. Definitely do not recommend for any outer country deliveries, took just as much time as it would have taken to use... read more
