First time visit, very busy. Seemed efficient overall but my return to Amazon may not have been handled correctly and I was just told I'd have to deal with Amazon about it when I tried to explain that I was returning two items from the same order, not just one. The rep just showed me the receipt showing 1 item listed when I insisted that I was returning a 2nd item for the same return.
A Big strong man was available to assist me with a heavy load....thanks again
Came 9n on 7/17/26 to scan documents. The scanner was being difficult. The young lady, wish I got her name, immediately moved me to another scanner and even assisted me with my task. Thank you!
