Brandon was extremely kind and helpful in getting me a label so that I could quickly get my package out the door!
Do not go here, they do not fully understand and abide by their policy. Anthony was very abrasive and rude. After minutes of trying to explain that I had a QR code that included packaging along with a label Anthony refused to read the instructions of my QR code refusing to better understand. Instead he remained ignorant to the information when I asked him to look over the instructions fedEx sent me, “I’m not reading that” was his response. Very lackadaisical excuse of an employee.
Brandon was awesome and super friendly and helpful. Quick and efficient. would recommend.
The staff here are friendly. However this is not a normal FedEx and they charge significant receiving and shipping handling fees. These fees are based on weight. Do not go to this FedEx and expect a normal store experience.
They charge you additional handling fee per package you drop off at the Westin FedEx, even if your postage is already paid for. With the Westin construction, it’s best to ask for help or you will get lost in the hotel. Also not much place to park since it’s a hotel. They helped me find one with parking and no handling fees though.
