Any time I get something shipped through them it always gets delivered to a random house on the nearest cross street. They don't look at the adress or street they're supposed to be on

Go to ups they do not charge for a box. Came in with my return with the box it go delivered in and they wanted to charge me 9 for a box. Won't go here for a return again.
