I wish I could give this FedEx branch 10 stars. I had a real problem where refrigerated medication was delivered late on a Friday and stuck locked inside a closed FedEx location near this shipping center. Every other path to retrieve the package was a dead end. Then we reached out to Wes and his colleagues at this nearby branch. They did everything in their power to help us locate the shipment and transfer it to their location, despite the fact that the other shipping center was closed all weekend (the meds would have likely... read more
