This is a great location. The gal behind the counter was so friendly and explained step-by-step how I could scan in my package & drop it in the box for shipments! She made my experience so easy and I was impressed at how thorough she was!
These people are horrible at there jobs. Very rude. Very unprofessional including there GM. So I brought some items for my business it was a thermal printer and some name badges. It was $108.00 and the printer does not even work. So I live in mo and at first I went to the shop center to return it. Well they said I needed to go back to the place that I got it from which was this location. Excellent shipping/print shop! Great color on the Printandgo Manuel Machine as well which is very reasonably priced and easy to use. I use it often. Self service use! Reasonably priced. Love it!
Went in with a last minute overnight shipping I needed to get out. Scout was working the desk and EXTREMELY helpful with getting tbe box optimized and the label made. Thanks!
