Had my worst experience at your store today. Tried to print documents off your computer with no luck. The two girls there was no help at all, unfriendly, and didn't care about helping me. Over $9 was charged on my credit card, and I walked out with nothing.
All I knew when I walked in was that I had a PDF file and I wanted to print 10 booklets. I had no idea how to do that or what questions to ask about paper types, etc. Graham was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the products + process, and it’s impossible to overstate how kind he was throughout patiently helping me. Not only with me, but I was taking so long that I watched him interact with lots of other customers and his own coworkers with the same dignity and respect.
This place is horrible. Tried to return a box today. Lady says the box isn’t good enough. I showed her the label on the box is a fed ex label I just received 12 hours ago. Box is in the same condition it was when I got it. This is not the first time this place has done this. They try to make more money by upselling Went to UPS down the street and they said they get a lot of business from this place because of this same story UPS is great and nice people
