Went into send a package after Christmas and Miranda must have had a tough day bc I got nothing but sarcasm and disgust from my experience. I can’t believe people are like that in the first place, but to treat paying customers like this is nuts.

Miranda was wonderful. Complicated shipping overseas and I did not even have the address written down. She was never impatient and never lost her smile. Highly recommend!

We went to this location 10/20/25. Kevin a Sales Associate, assisted us with printing and laminating our mahjong score cards. Kevin is very nice and helpful, he made this tedious process for us fun. His manager however (we don't know his name) was rude and seemed very annoyed with anything task/request that was requested from him. He could use some people skills, perhaps from Kevin.
