Date of Visit: 5/9/2026 Afternoon Woman associate was rude and passive aggressive. I called this location before driving in to confirm I could get assistance enlarging and printing. The associate who answered was a man and confirmed it was possible. Within the same hour, I visited and the woman working said they actually couldn’t help me do that. Great employees and atmosphere, came in to a long line and it moved much quicker then I expected
I visited this FedEx location recently and left genuinely concerned about the working conditions for some of the staff here. While Miranda was assisting me with my shipment, I witnessed a troubling interaction. She asked a coworker named Margo if she could step away briefly to use the restroom — a basic need — and was flatly and sternly refused.
