Miranda is super helpful and goes above and beyond to provide the best assistance a customer can get. Super patient as well.

We went to this location 10/20/25. Kevin a Sales Associate, assisted us with printing and laminating our mahjong score cards. Kevin is very nice and helpful, he made this tedious process for us fun. His manager however (we don't know his name) was rude and seemed very annoyed with anything task/request that was requested from him. He could use some people skills, perhaps from Kevin.
Miranda didn’t help us, but by the reviews, it looks like she should have. I’ve had three recent experiences here and the exchanges were as if they’d prefer if we weren’t there at all. Keep it up Miranda, share the ways of the world with your peers.
Date of Visit: September 29, 2025 I visited the FedEx Office on September 29th to ship a package, and I was genuinely impressed by the service provided by Miranda. While waiting in line, I observed a customer ahead of me who was frustrated about a delivery redirect was continuing to send packages to wrong address.
