I arrived at this location and emailed them three PDFs as requested. They told me that if the documents didn’t arrive within five minutes, I could send them again. I resent the documents, waited, and still nothing. They then provided me with a second email address, but the documents did not arrive there either. Got here at 9:00 in the morning and the person who let me in was a little help and I end up having to go to her to get help very frustrating not very friendly either
If you see Romnel, he is sooo helpful! I go to this FedEx often, he’s already on it when I have to mail a package out.
So my husband received a call from fed ex stating they have my husbands package at west valley location and was unable to mail it out due to mailing address error. He was driving and couldnt write down a tracking number, so they didnt provide one and never received an email regarding this issue iether. Tried to call Fedex but with out the tracking number you didnt provide while he was driving and no tag id cause it was never mailed out i cant get through to a live repsentative since i wasnt provided this info.
