I needed to ship some packages yo Canada. I was unfamiliar with the procedure. The employees bent over backwards to help. All the employees are assets to this store. They are friendly, patient and understanding. Thank you, FedEx!

Went in to type and print a word document with 2 sentences and it charged me $5. Wasn't able to print it as it was already at $3.89 after 5 mins trying to figure out where to print. Walked out with no document and wasted $5. Will never use again. Better off going to a public library which I did eventually and was charged only 10 cents.

Lady at the front counter denied my package because the box wasnt their branded shipping box and wanted me to purchase a box from her to ship the item, after mine already was taped up, boxed and label was purchased with FedEx. Literally went to a different store and they accepted it.

Terrible Customer Service. When I went to this location there were three employees. Older lady who was the manager, a young man and one young lady. The young lady was who assisted me and she needs more training or get into another line of work. I asked for help because I am not familiar with these office machines. The lady said she could do it for me for a fee. Not worth paying a fee for basic services like printing and scanning especially when I was only going to print a document or two. FedEx ...nunca llegó mi paquete , he llamado por teléfono a servicio al cliente, fui en persona a la oficina de FedEx y no me ayudan ha recuperar mi paquete, nisiquiera dando un poco de información de donde podria estar mi paquete ya que la confusión fue completamente de Uds como empresa de entrega de pedidos de compras por internet, YO he tenido la peor experiencia de mi vida ya que con tantas ansias esperaba lo que compre que por cierto no era algo barato en cambio su error fue enviarme algo que yo nunca habia pedido y fue... read more
