Edward was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Just stood there hands in pockets all upset about nothing, very soft spoken and ignorant. Very rude. 0/10 will use another fedex in the future. If and when my package goes missing Edward is to blame, he didn't even put the label on the package after scanning my qr code.
Ridiculous to be charged a $2.50 surcharge fee for a email for two color copies to print off a simple color print will not be using fedex again.
My experience overall was alright. The customer service was poor. The worker that helped me was Edward. He was fine but his customer service felt like he didn’t want to help me or want to do his job.
