I needed to have a very special item printed and also do some shipping. Ruben was very friendly and so helpful. He explained and walked me through with patience and care.
Worst service ever!! I was assisted by an older Hispanic lady. The employee was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to be bother by having to do her job. Clearly corporate needs to be involved with this location since it lacks training, and it is a recurring issue since many other customers have raised similar complaints.
Very good FedEx due to the extremely helpful employees here.
