RecommendedI was told my order would be ready by 2pm. When I arrived at 4pm, it hadn't been completed. I was told to come back in 20min. I did receive a phone call that it was ready and was not charged for the job. Way to step up, FedEx! Excellent customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would. How can you work at Fedex and be incapable of making a double sided copy? One copy laminated took 45 minutes and that was using self-lamination and finally just asking for the two pages and placing them back to back for lamination. There were only 2 people in line when we got there and they were done in the first 5 minutes. Horrible horrible customer service.
Public libraries do a better job than you.........
Though the line wait time was long, the staff handled it well and Erika was amazing. She caught a mistake on my part and corrected it saving me $$$$$$$. Thanks Erika!!!
