Came yesterday to drop off a trade in using a QR code. After scanning the code the lady at the counter told me to come tomorrow as supposedly their system was acting up. Went today and encountered one of the rudest person. He told me that QR code has been used and I should ask the company to give a new one as he didn’t want to spend time helping me. What a disaster …. Please avoid this location if you can.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt the need to share this. I visited in the afternoon, and the lady working there was extremely rude. It seemed like she didn't want to be there or was working unwillingly. The attitude was unwelcoming and made the experience quite uncomfortable.
Jariin was a absolute lifesaver today! He was very calm under the storm of our last minute emergency printing order! I sure wish he could have accepted a tip… he totally deserved one!
Jarrett helped me tremendously. Very professional and we most effective way to ship for my needs.
