Quick and easy
Rude lady here. She didn't even scan it and said this is not our label. I dropped of another fedex and they accepted
Sent an online print job of 4 pages. Granted it said it would be ready at 6pm, I took a chance and stopped within 1 hr to check if it was ready. (BTW - other fedex stores get them done really fast) I was told the prints would be ready at 6pm. I I walked out but came right back in to request a refund and said I would go to UPS to get them printed. I had a great experience at this location! Mary went above and beyond assisting me with my packing and shipping. She was kind, efficient, and made the process so smooth. Excellent customer service! I really appreciate it. I will continue to come to this location.
