Printed my boyfriend’s magazines completely wrong and then refused to redo them without charging half. After he brought his own paper too. Clowns
Came by a few days before Christmas to do some last-minute returns and were immediately greeted at the front door. Ken helped us with printing out the labels we needed and even gave us tape so we could seal up the boxes. Definitely we’re expecting a chaotic experience this close to the holiday, but this was so easy and we were in and out of FedEx within five minutes. Will definitely be coming here for any future shipping needs.
The man working today 11/26 at 5:30 pm was so helpful and so kind and helped me figure out my returns. He also helped another lady very well too. Thanks for providing great customer service. Made my night
Last weekend was my grandmother’s funeral and the programs we ordered from an online printer didn’t arrive in time so the morning of the funeral I drove to FedEx with a pdf of the funeral program. Within the hour I had freshly printed and cut programs and was out the door. The staff were truly lifesavers!
