Anthony did a wonderful job helping me make prints of some art and take care of a few returns. Excellent customer service.. patient and friendly!
I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences at this FedEx location. I went in to ship a labeled package and needed a receipt. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the counter, a large woman, seemed uninterested and annoyed that I was there. She was about to start working on more than ten packages and informed me that it would take a while if I needed a receipt. I walked into the office and saw that all the employees were with a customer so I continued to wait patiently. An employee who was clearly off the clock and on her way out the door took the time to show me that since I already had a label I could use the automated system. She took my box and scanned it, showed me where to place it and made sure I got the receipt. All off the clock and on her way out the door.
