Helped me with getting my item in the store very nice of that young man and he scanned it and gave me the receipt and moved on for the day success positive
Lacking customer service... Expecting someone to manually scan a package that's in a box that weighs 40 or 50 lb is ridiculous
Just would not use Fedex at all, much better and reliable options elsewhere. Extreme shipping delays, no package accountability, and lack of customer support.
