I went in yesterday, emailed my label, she said "I will be right back with that." Then came out from the back and helped a lady with multiple packages. She walks past me with no word, turns her back to me, I ask did my label not print? She completely ignored me! I left. I cannot believe customer service these days. I have been in customer service over 20 years, this is unacceptable!

I spend thousands of dollars here printing. But they have now lost my business... I clearly paid for prints that their system lost. They can't find the order so they said I van send the file and PAY FOR THEM AGAIN. It makes me ill... knowing I spend so much money there, have proof I paid and they won't fix THEIR issue. They could have EASILY acknowledged that their system messed up because I put in 2 orders back to back... especially because I'm there weekly getting big orders. I would stay away. so, they made a mistake. But they apologized and offered to fix it. We become so used to bad customer service it was nice to have a good experience in the end. Thanks, Ben.

They took my package and charged for shipping but did not bother to ship the package correctly. This was sent to Canada and they did ground when it needed to be express and did not mention a customs form or fill one out so the package got stuck in customs and returned. I was told by FedEx that it was my problem to know what paperwork was needed to be included in shipping. I disagree and think FedEx should tell you what is needed to ship. Issue is still not resolved either
