I created a postcard on Canva & started researching where to have them printed. FedEx was the site which advertised same day service but with all the choices of how to upload I decided to go to the store for help. Tori was fantastic! She helped me make the order with the best price and timeline. I was able to explain my concerns so she could be aware when printing. My print job was done in just over an hour!! Went in to fax a paper,staff member helped me right away,great customer service
I went in yesterday, emailed my label, she said "I will be right back with that." Then came out from the back and helped a lady with multiple packages. She walks past me with no word, turns her back to me, I ask did my label not print? She completely ignored me! I left. I cannot believe customer service these days. I have been in customer service over 20 years, this is unacceptable!
I spend thousands of dollars here printing. But they have now lost my business... I clearly paid for prints that their system lost. They can't find the order so they said I van send the file and PAY FOR THEM AGAIN. It makes me ill... knowing I spend so much money there, have proof I paid and they won't fix THEIR issue. They could have EASILY acknowledged that their system messed up because I put in 2 orders back to back... especially because I'm there weekly getting big orders. I would stay away.
