Ericka is a gem of an employee! She went and above for me in crisis work situation. She didn’t have to but she did! Highly recommend this location!
I dont use fedex stores a lot, but I always have a pleasant experience when I go to this one. They are always friendly and eager to help.
When I need to ship a package, I always come to this location. The people are always friendly and ready to help. The place is always clean and tidy and everything is available when I need it.
Custom Service is excellent 5 stars. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. My favorite employee is Mrs. Cassie she’s been with FedEx for over 25 years.
