The counter employees were very friendly and helpful
Double and triple check the under skilled workers at this location. They typed the address of my overnight package incorrectly. It took an hour of calling to correct the address when it was not delivered on time. They wanted to charge me to make the change almost the same amount it cost me for the entire overnight delivery. After I found the correct person to make the address change I was told it could take up to 24-48 hours for the change to be processed, which means the package could be three or more days late.
