Just went here to print something out. The size was way off. The lady was just plain rude and not understanding at all. Do yourself a favor and just find another store
Such a rip off. 11$ for a small box. Opportunistic parasites.
Always a great experience at this FedEx ship and print store in western Aurora, IL. Eboni and Tomàs especially are friendly, responsive, and helpful. I am a small business owner and often need items printed that my personal printer cannot handle so this is my "go-to" for brochures and flyers as well as shipping. They have also been quick to help me get things done in a hurry. Thank you to the whole team at this location.

Come in to make 4 black & white photocopies- sign on the machine says 21 cents each, must insert credit card- but I don't want to use my credit card, so I go to the front counter. I explain to the guy at the front counter that I don't want to use a credit card, he says ok, he can make them for me. He makes the copies, then says I owe $3.44. I said huh? Sign on the other machine says 21 cents each- he says there's a service charge if they do it- BUT HE NEVER TOLD ME THAT BEFORE HE DID IT OR I WOULD'VE SAID NO. Don't use this ... read more
