The service is fine but the location is not accessible - there are two steps into the storefront.
I go here at least once every two weeks and everyone is super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Anyone who gives this place a bad review has never been to UPS, lol.
Daniel and Jimmy at the Congress St. store in Boston were extremely helpful and friendly. My print order turned out great thanks to their advice and competence. I had a great experience.
0 stars! These associates are so rude and incompetent. I came here to print a shipping label. Instead of prioritizing the needs of their customer, they directed me to call the 800 number to print a label. I had to speak with 4 different representatives over the phone who couldn't help me with a business account. I created a separate personal account online. Filled out all forms as directed on the fedex website and THEIR system sent them the label details. They were implying that I sent them the wrong label. Ummm... Your webs... read more
Team at the 211 Congress Street location were life savers! They helped expedite some Foam Posterboard items for my group in-time for a big presentation. Liz & Chris were awesome! They also saved me half the cost of the print job if I were to have it done at the nearby Hotel location where I was staying. Saved $$$.
