Haven't been there in a while, but when I do go, generally the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, I have never had one treat me like an idiot as Meg r.r. claims...
The customer service was outstanding. A young man, Thomas, I believe, took care of my copying needs. He worked with me, making it so much easier for me. And a great conversationalist too. Thank you Thomas. I will surely tell my senior friends of how you are ado willing to help. Also, the young lady at the counter was very helpful as well. Kudos to the staff at this store. They could show others; how to be great representatives of this company.
Severely overpriced for faxing in and out of state. 2.89 a page for out of state faxes after the initial page at 2.69 or so....1.69 a page in state for each additional after the initial page at. 1.39 or so. $25 at a minimum to send 2 faxes? That's gouging. Plain and simple.
The lady who helped Me today treated me like I was complete idiot, never going here again.
