Not so great services. When asking the employees got help they just send us to the self services printers and tell us to “figure it out”. No help whatsoever.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I want to put on FULL BLAST ! The guy in the front desk name JOEL!!! Im PISSED! I Asked for help and from far away he yelled at me that hes unable to help me cause i need to learn by myself cause he wont be there at this fedex for long , so i was surprised with the response so i tried to work the fax machine and copy machine and still was having a hard time so I asked him literally 3 to 4 times and at the end he did come but was like 4ft away from telling me ""Ok so what are you going to do now "" And i told him "" Why are y... read more
