I want to put on FULL BLAST ! The guy in the front desk name JOEL!!! Im PISSED! I am a professional shipper but haven't had occasion to use this FedEx location previously. I have been back a couple times now and wanted to compliment both Alex and Joel for their help answering all my questions, finding items that I was interested in purchasing and especially with helping me load some packaging materials into my car.
