Fed Ex left me a slip in my unit( Tuesday) for my package because I wasn't there to pick it up. I went online and asked for it to be picked up at this specific FedEx the following day. They called me and verified it would be at this location after 12pm on Wednesday. I went into FedEx at around 2:40pm to pick up my package and the center manager ERNESTINE WILLIAMS took my slip and tried to look up the tracking number. She says "oh, I gave your package to M.
