I’ve shown up several times over the past few months and no one is ever here during regular business hours.
I agree and can confirm with the previous reviewer. Careful when you drop off a package (even if it already has the shipping label on it) here. They will charge you $10 drop off fee because they are "in the hotel".
Not a full FedEx location. They don't provide some services, like handling returns.
They charge an extra fee just to drop off a package that you've already payed the shipping for and have the label for. Ridiculous. Would definitely use a different FedEx location over this one
