FedEx at this location needs to update their listing to disclose a few points. 1. It’s on the 2nd floor of the Hilton. 2. You have to park in a parking garage to get there, 1st 30 minutes are free, nothing is clear about any of the parking or where to go or anything like that in relation to FedEx. Asking the front desk seems odd but is the only way. 3. $10 handling charge because they’re in a hotel? I was provided a QR code addresses from GFiber to return my router and of the three participating locations that could take a drop off. This was one of them. I walked in and even though it said in black-and-white on my email that this was a drop off location. They still would not take my item and I had to drive to a different FedEx location. I agree and can confirm with the previous reviewer. Careful when you drop off a package (even if it already has the shipping label on it) here. They will charge you $10 drop off fee because they are "in the hotel".
