I was provided a QR code addresses from GFiber to return my router and of the three participating locations that could take a drop off. This was one of them. I walked in and even though it said in black-and-white on my email that this was a drop off location. They still would not take my item and I had to drive to a different FedEx location. I’ve shown up several times over the past few months and no one is ever here during regular business hours.
I agree and can confirm with the previous reviewer. Careful when you drop off a package (even if it already has the shipping label on it) here. They will charge you $10 drop off fee because they are "in the hotel".
Not a full FedEx location. They don't provide some services, like handling returns.
