they are always very kind
I had a 60 lb package delivered and they would not let me use their cart that they brought it out on to move the package about 50 ft to my car. Terrible customer service. Not sure why it was an issue for them to let me borrow the cart to move the package to my car for <3 minutes. This happened in September 2020. Hopefully they have stepped it up by now.
Update (April 2021): This location's staff has made significant effort to overhaul the customer experience, and in my opinion they have achieved considerable success. Rating changed from one star to four. Original (February 2021): Staff and customers alike are not happy that this location has become the only option to receive packages for all of Stanford. There is no need for the staff to make the situation worse by failing to stick to posted hours and being rude and unhelpful when they are open.
