FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

This comment is for the delivery service in Oakland, I’ve lived out here for 2 years and everytime I find myself getting delivers from yal it’s always bad either, it’s not being delivered or stolen or even left over the fence inside my condo somewhere, they closed my dispute and had to reopen it 2 days later for some reason, the drivers are careless, not only around holidays but the whole year, the customer service is the worst in the world.
