Very helpful staff and they both definitely knew their jobs which made it very easy to get my package out and print out documents I emailed to the store earlier. I highly recommend this location. For last minute printing send your documents ahead of time to save yourself time. Thank you to both the staff u who made my visit easy..
Roberta was very helpful and friendly over the phone even though I could tell the location was busy based on ambient noise & how I sound when I'm trying to help one person and resolve their issue while under the weight of other work deadlines or present, impatient customers and a growing line. Thank you for the patience, competence, and excellent customer service.
Website said they do passport photos. What they don’t say nor did the clerk tell me they don’t do digital. You need digital to renew online. Called another UPS who said they all do digital. I paid 17$ for nothing. Thanks Freeport.
The employee really went above end beyond to help me print my construction plans. He was patient, kind and helpful
