Best Fedex in Sacramento! Marlena was absolutely amazing. Outstanding communication skills, awesome customer service helped me complete everything I needed and went above and beyond! Thank you so much
Very helpful staff and they both definitely knew their jobs which made it very easy to get my package out and print out documents I emailed to the store earlier. I highly recommend this location. For last minute printing send your documents ahead of time to save yourself time. Thank you to both the staff u who made my visit easy..
Roberta was very helpful and friendly over the phone even though I could tell the location was busy based on ambient noise & how I sound when I'm trying to help one person and resolve their issue while under the weight of other work deadlines or present, impatient customers and a growing line. Thank you for the patience, competence, and excellent customer service.
