I use FedEx Office Print & Ship Center from time to time. On my most recent visit, the lady at the front helped me repackage a valuable item I needed to send out. The box was large and well-secured with adjustable styrofoam inside. I was confident that this valuable would make its destination without any hiccups. I have been having problems with sending probate documents to my brother in South Dakota using US Mail. So I tried UPS. What a nightmare. They were inundated with returns, charged me for a signature, but tossed the documents on the front step. So your company was next. I have to say at first I had a real bad experience with two of your locations but they were not actual FedEx offices so I just left them. What a relief that the Third office was an actual FedEx.
