Just leaving. I told the African American lady I'm not good with computer or copiers and I needed help. She did not give any help just telling me ways to print out my paper work. I ask for help, but she seemed standoffish and not smiling. Very disappointed.
John was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made everything seamless and was very informative.
Been here at least 4x. When you struggled with parking, at least they could have given a smile.
I come there to find help for printing for my college assignment and they weren’t helpful at all. I asked them then they handed me their business card then they didn’t say what I’m supposed to do with it. The employee looked like she hates her job and was rude to me
