Received a call from FedEx about my package (for diabetic supplies) - undeliverable to a PO box even though FedEx accepted the address. I went to the FedEx office at 3810 Truxel Rd, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95834, and provided the tracking number and my California digital ID to request pickup. Manager Rommel Cabaya refused the pickup, demanding a physical ID and mail from the PO box. This was unreasonable given I had already provided my California digital ID and the tracking number.

staff is rude! went there 3 times and they are rude, waited behind the counter waiting for several minutes and the workers are just chit chat between each other. they are super picky about what you bring in and the sizes of the pictures/how it’s supposed to be you ask for them to explain and they tell it to you with attitude.
Their technology is great when it’s working, but even so their customer service seems slow and I I often feel discriminated against. I don’t know if I would really recommend their business any longer. The last time I visited I was unable to print using the code. Instead of being a resource to help make a print they just were ready to put up a fight and blame the end user. It’s bad customer service.
