If possible, avoid this location. Although it is perfectly located near CSULB, staff at this FedEx location are bored, disinterested, lazy and unwilling to help. Some can be rude. Management should probably pay closer attention to how their employees treat clients.
Had an oversize equipment to ship, Andrew was very helpful to assist with packing it . Recommend this place
Best staff ever !! Very helpful with every step. I worked with Andrew yesterday to design and print an invitation. He couldn’t have been more patient or helpful. The whole staff was supportive ( I’m a senior citizen and needed more assistance than many… like a kind village they were). No eye rolling that I noticed… just smiles and help.
My office is currently shut down for repairs and this also meant my printer was inaccessible. Tried the fedex near work. I had some initial issues with their printer, but Ethan was able to help me out. Super helpful, relaxed, and on top of it. Guy was taking care of me and others on the phone at the same time. Would definitely come back.
On March 21, 2025, I went to FedEx for express delivery of documents to Brazil. I purchased the $162.31 express package for arrival on March 25, 2025. However, my envelope has been stuck in Campinas, São Paulo, for three days. I paid for an expensive service because I needed it urgently. I would like to know when it will arrive in Belo Horizonte and know about reimbursement because the service I paid for was not met.
