Absolutely terrible customer service. They didn't arrive during the delivery window, so I had to leave, and they left a note saying they came but couldn't deliver... Then, the system would not allow me to do a digital signature so they could just leave it at my door. The next day, the package tracking says that it has not left the facility, so I called to ask if they could just hold it and I'll come pick it up because I can't just sit at home for 12 hours wondering when a package is going to show up... but the phone system l... read more
My least favorite FedEx office in the area besides the downtown LBC location. Parking area is small and easy to get boxed in. Employees are not the issue, mainly just a parking warning as I saw someone mention there is "plenty of parking"
I took 20 minutes trying to print one page using their UI, I gave up and went to print at csulb.
