FedEx office people are worst than the dmv. Really could care less about customer service or being helpful in any way. The nastiest is contagious amongst this bunch.
Why does the staff here refuse to assist customers and it’s like we are bothering them. No one here is being held accountable for anything.
Absolutely no professionalism or respect for customers at this location.
Male employee here refused to give me my drivers license after leaving it in copier. Said he had paperwork to do. The disgusting thing about it is that thereafter, he did nothing in particular.
