My least favorite FedEx office in the area besides the downtown LBC location. Parking area is small and easy to get boxed in. Employees are not the issue, mainly just a parking warning as I saw someone mention there is "plenty of parking"
I took 20 minutes trying to print one page using their UI, I gave up and went to print at csulb.
If possible, avoid this location. Although it is perfectly located near CSULB, staff at this FedEx location are bored, disinterested, lazy and unwilling to help. Some can be rude. Management should probably pay closer attention to how their employees treat clients.
Had an oversize equipment to ship, Andrew was very helpful to assist with packing it . Recommend this place
Best staff ever !! Very helpful with every step. I worked with Andrew yesterday to design and print an invitation. He couldn’t have been more patient or helpful. The whole staff was supportive ( I’m a senior citizen and needed more assistance than many… like a kind village they were). No eye rolling that I noticed… just smiles and help.
