They delivered my package to the wrong address. The picture the driver took looks nothing at all like my porch. I filed a claim and they denied it. Just as easy as that just because their driver Said it was the right address. Well listen to this fedex. The very next day they delivered to the wrong address again but this time the wrong address of the house was actually in the picture. If there is a negative star review, I would give that. Such a terrible customer service. I went to the store with my items to ship and I had to buy the cardboard box from there as I didnt have any of my own. First the customer rep said he wont ship the item because it contains some snacks. Then he corrected that he wont pack it but okay to ship.
