I was helped by Marcy. She was absolutely wonderful very patient very nice and very helpful. She walked me through literally step-by-step for what I needed to do. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her help. I needed to meet a deadline and she made that possible for me. wonderful employee, she deserves a raise and recognition for how kind she is to her customers.
Miguel is truly a 5-STAR person! He has always helped me with all my needs and goes absolutely above and beyond. FedEx Tapo Canyon is my go to place thanks to him. Thank you Miguel for your outstanding service.

Really bad customer service. Associates are careless about customers.
Could not have had a better experience- I put in a number of cards to be printed and unfortunately the cards were not a standard size, so I accepted there would be white, uneven borders. Miguel gave me a call asking about it and then went out of his way to print the cards without the border. I was absolutely floored by his attention to detail and kindness. Thank you Miguel! Will be forever taking my print jobs to this store, so long as this individual is there!
