Very friendly and helpful staff
The service was great, but severely understaffed with just one person at the counter. So the wait time was incredibly long.
Staff is fine but the express cutoff times on the website has been outdated for months. Website says 4:30 PM but new cutoff is 3:45 PM.

The staffs here (especially the manager) are very professional & friendly. I’ve got my printings 10min after placing orders through the website. Plus the printer is the best. I tried another FedEx & 2 UPS stores in town but nowhere is half the quality.
