Really helpful manager at the front. He helped me package and ship the item. Actually, he packaged the item himself. Extremely polite as well. I’ve always had a good experience at this place.
At Fed Ex we were going to post a pass port that my sister forgot when she was on a tripand it was almost closed but the man at the counter didn't let us post even though we were ONE minute late and it was an emergency situation because if my sister didn't get her passport then she couldn't come back to America. And without passport she wouldn't be able to come back. The man wasn't listening and my mom almost cried.😡😭
Good overall...front parking space is not enough for peak hrs. Some of the staff members could be a little more polite and efficient(faster) to avoid long queues.
Grumpy personnel. Treated like I was a pain.
