Staff were super friendly and quick with helping us out. David helped us print a set of invitation cards that came out even better than expected. Good branch.
I came here today and I had an excellent experience. The Asian Sir was very nice and helpful. I confess I was scared about the bad reviews here but that was not the case. I was done in 5min. Totally recommend
Jim was rude and unprofessional when I walked in was looking to fax some documents. When I went up to the counter he had his head down and was unwelcoming. I then proceeded to ask him if it was ok to send some sensitive documents to fax. He made a snarky remark and said how sensitive is it what’s gonna happen to me if I open it. He repeated it more then once. It was surprising because he made this comment in front of the customer and the customer proceeded to laugh at his comment. Thus embarrassing me.
